Always good food and service here

really good. not enough sauce on eings tho, luckil i had asked for extra sauce. they were almost dry

Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Excellent tea. But, the last two times I've been in my chicken wasn't done in the middle. Like I said, everything was great except the chicken.

It would have been nice to be able to wipe my but with toilet paper instead of those brown towels. Other than that the food and service was acceptable.

Chicken fingers barely luke warm. Fries not crisp and no seasoning. Out of tea, had to go to counter to ask for refill.

The food is usually good, the texas toast is usually old, you can tell it must have sat under a heat lamp for a while prior to being served. The drive thru staff use huge scoops to fill any size cup almost all the way up with Ice. I didnt order ice, I ordered a drink. On average a large 32 oz. Cup is full of so much ice you only receive around 10 ounces of actual drink. That is rediculous!

Great chicken sandwiches the rest depends on crew working that shift.

Great for any type chicken foods or dishes.

Solid addition to the Hartselle fast food circuit. The employees are always friendly. I really appreciate the option to order online and pick up. My favorite is the Big Zax Snack combo with a Vanilla Coke.

First Zaxby's visit. Brand new building/location so everything sparkly & new. Employee (drive thru) didn't really want to answer questions~short & snappy, even though I was 1 of a total of 2 cars in drive thru. However, food was FRESH, HOT, & tasted 👍.

Its affordable has friendly staff and if you ask me this is the place to go for FAST food.. takes no longer than 5 minutes

Consistent food quality, staff are usually courteous. Good iced tea. But my favorite choice is their glass of ice: it's crunchy but not enough to break a tooth. We drive by other chains just to get this ice.

The chicken fingers snack is my favorite!The tea is very fresh and served with lemon slices over crushed ice! Wonderful experience!

Food is so delicious but is moderately priced. All dish are chicken prepared in different styles.

I ordered 2 grilled Cobb zalads, they had, no eggs, or bacon, no tomatoes, very little cucumber. I am disappointed because I ordered a Cobb for everything in it make more filling food for money & the taste.

Technically got my order wrong, but always good to try new things.

Rude, jumping to conclusions manager. Food was hot, sauces were wrong and everytime I have been to this one my food has something missing like a chicken finger or they give you the smallest possible n make it count, or wrong drink, or forgot the toast, no sauce. Wrong chicken peice. I wouldn't complain but 5 times now missing food, smart employees act as if you not said anything and I just dont beleive your that busy at your low points in the day that u cant pay attention to what the employees need to ve doing <focus> only because if it was your money or time or food u wouldn't be happy either... thought I give this a shot in the dark but maybe someone who listens can read this about zaxbys.. thanks zaxbys employees for not caring about others money and food..

Best chicken in town

They messed up our order partially, I called and they said they'd replace it, they knew they had messed it up. I told the manager my name and he said to just tell whoever the cashier was that I needed to speak with him and gave me his name. Drove all the way back for them to disregard the information they said we needed and to bring back a receipt, even though I confirmed what was messed up and they knew the exacts.

Zaxby's has service that brings your food to the table, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The chicken is tasty! I dined with 3 friends and they all seemed to like what they ordered. I will be eating there again🙂. Chicken is a preferred taste to me and Zaxby's offer a unique taste, so go see if it is your preferred taste in Chicken Recipes!

Just got boneless wings meal. Very disappointed in size of the 5 wings. Not very much value for $7.07. Always been pleased till this visit - this is first time I’ve ordered boneless. I’ll try again

Had supper with my wife. Living in a small town you meet with friends and loved ones. The staff were friendly, greeted with a smile and good service.
